Hope they took his city credit card you can run up a heck bill in a flash in Vegas. Understand the drinks are not free at some casinos, and he dose like his beverages.

The solar farm is owned by MC Power. The city vacated a few streets within the area encompassing the solar farm subdivision. The exact actions of the city can be found in Council Bill 4275 located within the council packet for August 22, 2016.

You are correct on being able to spend some money on Vegas. Most casinos give free drinks only if you're spending money gambling anymore. It's my understanding he is there on our dime with the city credit card. It will be interesting to see the expense report afterwards.

My lack of understanding is why Council cant understand why 777 people polled want Chris Heard gone, if I'm correct that's more people then whom voted in the election

People tend to not vote for anything, but vote against something. When there is a great benefit, lower taxes, older whiskey, faster horses they won't turn out, however propose charging for parking at Walmart or downtown and see how many voters you get.

Also, many of the choices for their Council Person are not really a choice since most are perceived as voting the way they want to vote and not voting how their constituency wants them to vote, so there's really not much of a choice.

Lebanon needs to change their way of operating or it will get much worse. While it may seem simplistic, the will of the people should be how government is conducted. Currently the population is disengaged.

Well said AP, don't quote me but the vote numbers for Gibbs and Ken for Ward 1 seemed to be about the same number. Living on the poor side of Ward 1, I know many don't have a clue, some cant vote; others don't want jury duty and don't vote and that's what id feed on if I was both of them.

Very telling poll 781 to remove, plus the Police union is backing our Mayor, Maybe we should ask for a audit by Hawley.
